KAIZER CHIEFS VIRTUAL CHIEF CHALLENGE GROUPS

The top 2 players from each group will move onto the Finals to compete for R10,000 cash plus limited-edition Kaizer Chiefs merch!

PLEASE NOTE:

• Should the qualifier be affected by loadshedding, please do not check-in to compete. Only check-in if you are not affected by loadshedding during the scheduled times.
• Ensure you have a wired internet connection with at least a medium NAT type. Players not adhering to this may be forfeited.
• If playing on PS5, please make sure to download the PS4 version of the game.
• Only the Kaizer Chiefs team may be used for this tournament.
• The squad to be changed to 90-rated.

SCHEDULE

• Each player will have at most 3 matches to play.
• Each match will have a default Match Date, which is the suggested date and time to play the match. It is up to players to communicate with their opponents on the TTGE match page and arrange a different match date if needed.
  • If dates are arranged on other communication platforms (Email, Whatsapp, etc.) please post the agreed-upon date on the match chat so that admins are aware of when the match will be played
• If one player attempts to communicate but their opponent does not respond, the win will go toward the player that made an effort to arrange the match
• Should both players not be able to come to an agreement on when to play the match, it will be reported as a draw
• Any matches not completed by the 5th of December at 11pm will be reported as a draw.

Default match dates:

• 1 Dec 7pm: Round 1
• 3 Dec 7pm: Round 2
• 5 Dec 11pm: Round 3 (cutoff for all matches)

REQUIREMENTS

• All players must reside(currently live in) a Sub Saharan African Country. For a full list of eligible countries see the Rules page

AGE RESTRICTION

You must be 18 years old or older to compete in TTGE FIFA tournaments.

FIFA23 Old gen is open to players on PS4 and Xbox One crossplay.

• Stadium: Neutral ground when no Home and Away leg is played

• Defending: Tactical Defending Only 

Draw / Extra time: 

Should both players be tied on aggregate after one match have been played, a second match must be played. The first half will be played as a traditional extra-time. If there is no result after the first half, the second half must be played. The second half will be played as a golden-goal (the player who scores the first goal wins the match). If there is still a tie after the end result, the higher seeded player will be awarded the win.

Players with a NAT 3 / Strict nat type will receive an immediete forfeit.
