TOYOTA SOUTH AFRICA MOTORS ANNOUNCES SEASON 4 OF THE TTGE VIRTUAL CHIEF CHALLENGE
Johannesburg - Toyota South Africa Motors (TSAM) is pleased to announce the launch of The Toyota Gaming Engine (TTGE) Virtual Chief Challenge. In its fourth season, the challenge is one of the country’s most anticipated e-sports tournaments, in collaboration with Kaizer Chiefs Football Club.
As part of Toyota’s ongoing commitment to innovation, youth development and digital engagement, TTGE Virtual Chief Challenge continues to serve as a dynamic platform where passion for football and gaming converge. This year’s tournament introduces exciting new elements while maintaining the competitive spirit that has defined previous seasons.

Season 4 of the TTGE Virtual Chief Challenge will be hosted on EAFC 26, exclusively on PlayStation 5 and will follow a single-elimination format. Over the course of four weeks, 512 registered participants will compete across four qualifying rounds, culminating in a Round of 16, Top 8 Semi-Final and a Top 4 Grand Final.
The final round will be held at the prestigious Kaizer Chief Village and will feature a live watch party attended by Kaizer Chief players - offering the top 4 finalists a rare opportunity to engage with their football icons in a unique gaming environment.

The prize structure for Season 4 of the TTGE Virtual Chief Challenge will entail:
- Champion: R10,000 cash prize and the title of Chief of all Chiefs
- Runner-Up: R3,000 cash prize
- Third Place: R2,000 cash prize
In addition to the main prizes, all registered participants will be eligible to win a share of R25,000 worth of giveaways, including:
- Exclusive TTGE and Kaizer Chiefs merchandise
- Premium gaming accessories
- Access to the Season 4 Final watch party at the Kaizer Chiefs Village
- Personalized shout-outs from Kaizer Chiefs players
